摘要
目的:研究兔胆囊炎模型循经高温反应与NE、E、5-HT含量的相关性。方法:健康家兔分为对照组和模型组。胆囊炎造模后,沿胆经腹段做体表红外热像观察。取2组胆经腹段部位组织做酶联免疫法检测NE、E、5-HT含量。结果:模型组循经高温反应部位的NE、5-HT含量明显高于对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:NE、5-HT与循胆经高温反应有一定相关性。
Objective: The purpose of this experiment is to study the relevance of the response of NE,E,5-HT content with high temperature along the gall bladder meridian of rabbits with cholecystitis.Methods: Rabbits were divided into the normal control group and cholecystitis model.the body surface thermography of the abdominal along gall bladder meridian(GB) were detected by infrared imaging system,and then the NE,E,5-HT contents were detected with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay in the subcutaneous tissues of high temperature reaction of the two groups.Results: The NE,5-HT levels were significantly higher than those of the control group,there was significant difference between the two groups(P 〈0.01).Conclusion: The results suggest that the NE,5-HT have a certain extent relevance to the high temperature reaction along the gall bladder meridian.
