应用瞬时波强与回声跟踪技术检测老年脑梗死患者颈动脉弹性的研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的应用瞬时波强和回声跟踪技术检测老年脑梗死患者颈动脉弹性变化。方法选择老年脑梗死患者76例,将不合并高血压的患者38例作为脑梗死组,合并高血压的患者38例作为合并组,同期选择年龄、性别匹配的健康体检者34例为对照组,检测颈动脉瞬时波强相关参数,并进行分析。结果与对照组比较,脑梗死组和合并组患者瞬时减速度波强、转化前的瞬时减速度波强、僵硬度、压力应变弹性系数、单点脉搏波传导速度、瞬时波强脉搏波传导速度和脉搏波放大指数等数值增加,动脉顺应性值降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。合并组患者较脑梗死组患者相关参数变化明显,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论应用瞬时波强和回声跟踪技术能定量检测脑梗死患者颈动脉弹性变化,对临床防治心脑血管疾病具有一定的指导意义。 Objective To evaluate the carotid elasticity using wave intensity(WI) and echo-tracking (ET) technique in cerebral infarction patients at chronic phase with or without hypertension. Methods Thirty-eight cerebral infarction patients without hypertension, 38 cerebral infarction patients with hypertension and 34 normal subjects were enrolled in this study. The instantaneous wave intensity-related parameters of carotid artery were examined and analyzed. Results Compared with the normal subjects, the data of instantaneous deceleration wave intensity, stiffness parameter,strain elastic modulus,one-point pulse wave velocity,pulse wave velocity of WI and augmentation index were increased, while arterial compliance decreased in cerebral infarction patients with or without hypertension, and there was significant difference between the patient groups and normal subjects, but there was no significant difference between the cerebral infarction patients with and without hypertension. Conclusion WI and ET technique can evaluate the carotid elasticity in cerebral infarction patients. It may be useful to prevention and treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
