浅议老年高血压病人的抗高血压治疗

目的：总结老年高血压病的特点.方法：对我院收治的120例老年原发性高血压病例进行分析.结果：患者均达到了初定的目标血压,1级多数轻度高血压患者需应用1～2种降压药物,少数需联合应用3种药物以达到初定目标血压;2级少数中度高血压患者需联合使用2种降压药物,多数需联合应用3种药物方能达到目标血压.结论：把握用药指征,积极用药治疗,可提高患者生活质量,减少并发症.
