临床护理路径对肾衰竭患者治疗中的效果观察

目的：观察临床护理路径对肾衰竭患者治疗中的效果.方法：将我院4O例肾衰竭病人随机平分成治疗组和对照组各20例,两组患者都采用去除病因,纠正酸碱失衡与水电解质紊乱,控制感染及血液透析等治疗.治疗组患者在此基础上合理应用临床护理路径.结果：治疗组的治疗满意率明显高于对照组（P〈0.05,X2=9.3623）,具有显著性差异.结论：通过对肾衰竭病人采用多途径、多渠道、多范围的系统、科学、全面的临床护理路径进行干预,能提高满意度,生活质量明显改善,同时进一步巩固了良好的护患关系,值得临床推广.

Objective ： Observes the clinical nursing way to treat to the renal failure patient the effect. Methods ： Divides equally the treatment group and control group each 20 examples stochastically my courtyard 40 example renal failure patient,two group of patients both use the elimination cause of disease,the correction acid and alkali unbalanced and the water electrolyte disorder, treatments and so on control infection and hemodialysis. Treatment group patient in this foundation reasonable application clinical nursing way. Results ：The treatment group＇s treatment satisfaction rate is higher than the control group obviously （P 〈0.05, X= 9. 3623）, has the significance difference. Conclusion ：Through uses the multi--ways to the renal failure patient, multi--channel, the multi--scope system, the science, the comprehensive clinical nursing way carries on the intervention, can enhance the degree of satisfaction, the quality of life distinct improvement, simultaneously further consolidated good has protected the trouble relations,was worth the clinical promotion.
