目的：总结14例主动脉夹层动脉瘤患者人造血管置换术的护理体会.方法：根据主动脉夹层动脉瘤患者的生理特点,针对性地对其进行术前、术后护理,并进行出院指导.结果：全组病人14例手术治疗均痊愈.结论：加强人造血管置换术患者的术前、术后护理,有利于减少术后并发症,提高患者术后生存率,促进患者早日康复.
