目的：对某市区10个社区卫生服务中心工作基本状况进行调查分析,从中了解社区卫生服务工作现状及存在的问题;方法：采取调查问卷及数据分析等方法;结果：社区卫生技术队伍中存在人员数量不足、学历职称不高的状况,接受专职培训比例偏低的状况;社区卫生服务项目距国家基本公共卫生服务项目的要求尚有差距;讨论：培养社区合格卫生人才是医学教育的重要任务,社区医学教学内容应与社区卫生工作内容一致,社区卫生人才培养应以社区为教学实习基地.
