目的：探讨老年消化性溃疡的临床特征.方法： 回顾性分析2006年1月～2009年12月140例老年消化性溃疡患者的临床资料.结果： 男90例,女50例;不良生活习惯者45例;腹部疼痛90例,30例为隐痛或不适,节律性上腹痛或夜间痛40例,无腹痛50例;上消化道出血74例,穿孔6例,幽门梗阻14例、溃疡癌变5例;125例伴随其他多种疾病;十二指肠溃疡50例,胃溃疡80例,复合溃疡10例;圆形72个,椭圆形48个,不规则形18个,线形12个;溃疡最大直径2.0cm40个;胃溃疡部位：胃窦40例,胃体60例,胃底30例,幽门管溃疡8例,吻合口溃疡2例.结论： 老年消化性溃疡具有一定的特殊性,对疑有消化性溃疡的病例,应尽早做胃镜检查。
