血栓弹力图技术在外周血干细胞采集过程中的应用研究

Application of Thrombelastography in Collection of Peripheral Stem Cells

探讨血栓弹力图技术对于外周血干细胞采集的指导意义。对外周血干细胞异体供者和自体供者共64例,在采集前后分别抽取标本检测血栓弹力图。行干细胞采集术者R值,K值,MA值分别由单采前的6.4±2.5,2.4±1.8,64.0±6.6增加为单采后的11.0±6.4,4.8±+2.6,50.3±14.7。单采前后检测血栓弹力图对于单采干细胞过程中的参数设置,干细胞采集质量安全以及单采后患者输血等治疗都有指导作用,对于单采后患者的预防性治疗有参考意义。

To explore the instructional effect of Thrombelastography（TEG） in collection of stem cell,blood examples of 64 allogneneic and autogeneic peripheral stem cells donors were collected by TEG before and after stem cells collection.The R,K,MA resluts of the donors indicated changed from 6.4 ± 2.5,2.4 ± 1.8,64.0 ± 6.6 to 11.0 ± 6.4,4.8 ± ＋ 2.6,50.3 ± 14.7.（that the fibrinogen level,the number and function of blood coagulation factors and platelet were lower after stem cells collection.） TEG testings before and after stem cells collection can be used as directons on the parameter setup and the quality safety control in the process of stem cells collection,and it can also be valuable for the transfusion and the prophylactic treatment of the patients after stem cells collection.
