摘要
研究了重要的饲料添加剂3-硝基-4-羟基苯胂酸合成的新工艺,以邻硝基苯酚为原料,通过利用苯甲酰基对其羟基进行保护,在155℃下与砷酸反应制得3-硝基-4-羟基苯胂酸,总收率54%。同时研究了反应温度及时间对3-硝基-4-羟基苯胂酸收率的影响。
3-Nitro-4-hydroxyphenylarsonic acid is a valuable feed additive.It's new synthetic technology is researched.3-nitro-4-hydroxyphenylarsonic acid was prepared from 2-nitrophenol through protecting phenol by benzoate group and arsenite reaction unedr 155℃,with total recovery of 54 %.Effect factors on the yield of product such as temperature and time were studied respectively.
