摘要
总结了肢体开放性骨折并创面外露患者108例,通过负压密闭引流(VSD)技术通过多孔富有弹性无刺激性的VSD敷料联合半透膜,可防止感染;改善局部微循环促进组织水肿消退;减轻了患者的痛苦和医护人员的工作量;加快了创面愈合,缩短了住院时间,减轻了患者的经济负担。
A summary of open fractures and wounds on exposed limbs of 108 patients,through the vacuum sealed drainage （VSD） technology through porous elastic bland VSD joint semi-permeable membrane dressing to prevent infection; to improve the local micro-circulation to promote edema subsided; alleviate the suffering of patients and medical staff workload; accelerated wound healing,reduced hospitalization time,reducing the patient＇s economic burden.
