摘要
为观察尼麦角林对大鼠血栓形成的影响,研究对比尼麦角林的不同给药途径的药效,采用大鼠动-静脉血栓形成法,通过静脉、鼻腔、舌下三种途径的不同浓度给药,分别测定血栓形成抑制率。发现尼麦角林不同给药途径均可明显抑制大鼠血栓形成,不同给药途径的药物吸收的速度排序为:静注>鼻腔>舌下。说明尼麦角林鼻腔给药的血栓抑制率与静注相近,有进一步深入研究的价值。
To study the efficacy of nicergoline through a few different deliveries in treatment of thrombosis in rat.Uses the method of the formation of artery-vein thrombus in rat,then estimates the formation of thrombus suppression rate.All of deliveries of Nicergoline can suppress the formation of thrombus in rat obviously,sorts for the deliveries absorption's speed is differently: Injection vein nasal administration sublingual administration.The nasal administration of Nicergoline had the same effect as to injection vein,so we can thought that the nasal deliveries would absord well in human's body.
