一、图像证据及其真实关联性 证据——这里主要指广义的而不仅仅指法学意义上的证据——是证明事实存在的中介而非事实本身。也就是说，它是一种符号。证据符号面对的事实是过去式的、不在场的，因此需要借助于证据符号将过去的、不在场的事实进行复原。当然这种复原是一种符号性的仿真或推导，而非事实本身的重现。

With the introduction of western knowledge, the conflict and interaction between eastern and western learning has never ended. In the studies of Chinese ancient civilization, there comes a task that needs breaking through, i.e. , the merging, recreation and innovation. The following three articles have made a try about this task. Ye Shuxian＇s Quadruple Evidence： Integration of Knowledge and Stereo-Interpretation of Ancient Civilization put forward the method of the quadruple evidence after the triple evidence in mid-1990s, emphasized the importance of non-documentary anthropological and archae- ological materials in the study of literature and history and maintained that the use of non-written materials and integration of various disciplinary knowledge changed greatly in the field of vision and methodology of the studies of Chinese ancient civili- zation. Dai Yunhong＇s ＂Multiple Evidence Method＂ from the Angle of ＂Medium Field＂ maintained that in the framework of multiple evidence method, there existed written medium culture centered by word sign and oral and image medium culture centered by no-word sign and we must watch out for medium hegemony, semiotic violence and culture ideology in the multi- ple evidence method. Meng Hua＇s Semiotic Analysis of Image Evidence studied the real relevance between image and facts that need proving from the angle of semiotics, discussed two kinds of image evidence ： structural evidence and intended evidence. The value of these articles lies in the exploration of the integration of intercultural and interdisciplinary knowledge and innovation of academic methods for humanities.
