苏南率先实现基本现代化的目标与路径

The Objective and Path that the South of Jiangsu Employs to Take the Lead in Achieving Primary Modernization

苏南在率先建成全面小康社会后,已不失时机开启率先实现基本现代化的新征程。本文尝试建立起一套具有中国特色、体现江苏特点、符合苏南域情的基本现代化目标体系,同时深刻分析了苏南实现目标体系要求所面临的矛盾和问题。在此基础上,有针对性地提出了科学推进基本现代化的现实路径,尤其是提出了苏南要率先构建以"发展创新型经济+建设创新型社会"为核心的创新驱动型区域发展模式的重要思路,以及苏南基本现代化"分两步走"的重要构想,并对苏南基本现代化进程进行了测度。

After the south of Jiangsu first established an overall comparatively well-off society, it has successively achieved primary modernization. This article tries to form a set of objective structure with Chinese characteristics, showing Jiangsu features and conforming to the situations of the south of Jiangsu and meanwhile analyzes the conflicts and problems that it will face with. On the basis of this, the article puts forward the actual path to scientifically further primary moderni- zation, esp. , the main idea that the south of Jiangsu should take the lead in establishing the innovative pattern centering on ＂developing innovative economy ＋ building an innovative society＂ and the key concept of two-step modernization. The article also evaluates the progress of the modernization in the south of Jiangsu.
