摘要
通过研究不同培养温度、不同培养pH值条件及不同营养条件对玉米小斑病病菌菌丝生长量及产孢量的影响。结果表明:①以PDA+VB1培养基培养的菌丝其生长速率及产孢量最大;②菌丝在30℃下生长速度快,生长量大,病菌孢子在25℃下萌发速度最快;③病菌菌丝在pH值为8时,生长速度最快,生长量也最大。
The influence of different culture temperature,different pH value and different nutrients on the mycelium growth and sporulation of Bipolaris maydis was studied in this paper.The results showed that:① On PDA + VB1 culture medium,the growth rate and sporulation of mycelium are maximum;② the mycelium has fast growth rate,large growth increment at 30 ℃,and the spore has the fastest germination speed at 25 ℃;③ the mycelium has the highest growth rate and the largest growth increment when its pH value is 8.
