受限于周期性模板间的二嵌段共聚物自组装

Self-assembly Behavior of Diblock Copolymers Confined in a Periodic Substrate

摘要 层状结构是AB两嵌段共聚物在传统硬板受限的情况下经常出现的结构.本文采用聚合物自洽场方法,通过微调硬板的形状,利用周期性模板成功地实现了共聚物从层状结构到六角结构、层状结构到六角/层状混合结构的转变,以及六角结构和层状结构的重入转变.由此提供了一种调控共聚物结构的新方法. In a physically confined environment, copolymers usually assemble into lamellar structures. Through varying the topology of the substrate, we successfully realize lamellar-hexagonal transitions, lamellar-hexagonal/lamellar transitions and the reentrant of lamellar and hexagonal structures, according to the self-consistent field theory (SCFT). The results provide a new way to control the structures of copolymers.
