摘要
在全球化浪潮席卷世界的形势下,中国企业国际化经营的程度日益提高,以对外直接投资为代表的国际化经营战略迎来了新的机遇和挑战,我国逐渐成为具有后发优势和新兴的对外直接投资的来源地。通过对国际化经营战略、对外直接投资等相关理论的回顾,系统分析了基于技术寻求型的我国企业国际化经营战略的重要性和目前存在的问题,并在此基础上提出我国技术寻求型对国际化经营战略相应的对策措施。
In the wave of globalization spreading worldwide,Chinese Enterprises＇ internationa-lization reach to a higher level than ever,and also they welcome the opportunities and challenges to invest overseas with an advantage of post and at the same time China becomes a new source of Foreign Direct Investment.The paper firstly reviews the relative theories of Internationalization Management Strategy,Foreign Direct Investment,then analyze the importance of Internationalization of China＇s Enterprisee basing on Technology-seeking systematically,same as its existed problems,Finally put forward the appropriate counter-measures basing on the above analysis.
