大雁感染新城疫的病理学观察

Pathology Observation of a Wild Goose Infected by Newcastle Disease

本试验对1例感染新城疫的大雁进行了大体病变和组织病理学的观察。剖检结果表明,感染大雁肠道有明显的出血和坏死,腺胃及心内膜出血,符合新城疫感染的特征性病变。组织病理学观察显示小肠、脾脏和肝脏有严重的坏死性病变,肾小球严重萎缩。试验结果为野生水禽新城疫感染的病理组织学研究提供了相应的参考依据。

In this experiment,we had made observations on the general pathology and histopathology changes of a wild goose,which was infected by Newcastle disease.Obvious hemorrhage and necrosis were found in the intestinal tract,glandular stomach and endocardium,in accordance to the characteristics of Newcastle disease infection.Necrotic changes were found in small intestine,spleen and liver,renal glomerulus was also serious atrophied through histopathology observation.The results have offered references for the study of pathohistology of wild grew waterfowl infected by Newcastle disease.
