摘要
分析和比较了L吡咯烷酮5羧酸(钠)的合成方法,实验探索了以谷氨酸钠为原料的干法和湿法热解L吡咯烷酮5羧酸钠的过程。结果表明,较佳的热解温度和时间分别为190℃、2h,湿法热解时浓度以质量分数05为宜,在此条件下热解转化率可达975%。
The synthetic method for 2 pyrrolidone 5 carboxylatc sodium(PCANa) were reviewed. The synthesis of PCANa by thermal decomposition of sodium glutamate was investigated in form of solid of in aqueous solution. The results show that the appropriate temperature and time for thermal decomposition are 190 ℃ and 2 h respectively. The proper concentration for wet decomposition is 50% in which the yield reached 97.5%.
