加强健康教育,防止走入糖尿病治疗误区

摘要 目的:对糖尿病患者进行健康教育,防止走入糖尿病治疗误区.方法:采用自行设计的糖尿病患者健康教育调查表进行问卷调查,调查糖尿病患者对于本病健康教育情况,发现存在的误区,进行纠正,达到治疗和预防的目的.结果:糖尿病患者多未接受系统化的健康教育,导致存在治疗误区.结论:通过普及糖尿病健康教育,可提高患者对糖尿病知识的认知程度,使患者能正确掌握饮食、运动、药物、血糖监测治疗的目的和方法,防止错误观念的继续,延缓病情的发展,从而达到预防并发症和治疗的目的. Objective:Carries on the health education to the diabetic,prevented walks into diabetes to treat the erroneous zone. Methods: Uses the diabetic health education examination table which independently designs to carry on the questionnaire survey,investigates the diabetic regarding this to get sick the health education situation,discovered the existence the erroneous zone,carries on the correction, achieves the treatment and the preven- tion goal. Results:The diabetic many has not accepted systematized the health education, causes the existence treatment erroneous zone. Conclusion: Through the popularization diabetes health education, may enhance the patient to diabetes knowledge cognition degree, enables the patient to grasp the diet, the movement, the medicine, the blood sugar monitor treatment goal and the method correctly, prevented the wrong idea the continuation, delays the condition the development, thus achieves the prevention complication and the treatment goal.
