龙氏治脊疗法与针灸治疗颈性眩晕的临床疗效观察

The Clinical efficacy observations of the Lung＇s Chiropractic and Acupuncture Therapy on cervical vertigo treatment

目的：观察龙氏治脊疗法与针灸治疗颈性眩晕的临床疗效.方法：将60例颈性眩晕患者随机分为龙氏治脊疗法和针灸治疗两组的疗效比较.结果：根据〈中医病症诊断疗效标准〉治疗组总有效率93.3% 对照组总有效率76.7%（p〈0.05）.结论：龙氏正骨治脊疗法对颈性眩晕的疗效优于针灸治疗对照组。

Objective：Observing the clinical effects of the Lung＇s chiropractic therapy and acupuncture therapy on the treatment of cervical vertigo. Methods：Comparing the effect of the Lung＇s chiropractic therapy and acupuncture treatment, 60 patients with cervical vertigo were randomly divided into these two therapy methods groups. Results： According to the ＂Chinese disease diagnosis and efficacy of standard＂, the effect of the treatment group was 93.3% ;And the control group was 76.7~ （p %0.05）. Conclusion：The effect of Lung＇s Bone--setting treatment on cervical vertigo was better than the acupuncture control group, hence, Lung＇s Bone--setting treatment was reliable and worth for clinical use.
