减重步行训练结合针刺疗法治疗60例脑梗死患者的康复疗效观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨减重步行训练结合针刺治疗对脑梗死患者的康复疗效.方法:将60例首次发病脑梗死患者随机分成治疗组和对照组.治疗组采用减重步行训练、针刺疗法和常规康复治疗方法,对照组仅采用针刺疗法和常规康复治疗方法.入选患者分别于治疗前、治疗后接受功能性步行量表(FAC)、Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表(FMA)、Barthel指数(BI)评分,评定患者步行能力、下肢运动功能及ADL水平指标评价疗效,并于出院后随访1个月,采用MOS健康状况调查问卷,评定患者生活质量.两组患者一般资料及治疗前各项评定结果差异无显著性意义. 结果:治疗4周后两组各项指标评分较治疗前均有明显改善(P〈0.01) 组间疗效比较,治疗组优于对照组(P〈0.01) 生活质量比较,治疗组优于对照组(P〈0.05).结论:治疗组对脑梗死患者的康复疗效优于对照组,效果肯定. Objective:To assess the clinical curative effect of body--weight supported treadmill training (BWSTT) with aopuncture therapy in patients with cerebral infarction of community. Methods: 116 subjects with first cerebral infarction were randomly assigned into 2 groups:BWSTT group or controlled group. BWSTT group received BWSTT, acupuncture and Bobath therapy, controlled group only received acupuncture and Bobath therapy. Measurements included Functional walking assessment (FAC) walking ability, Fugl--Meyer motor assessment (FMA) for lower extremity motor function,as well as Barthel index (BI) for activities of daily living. Measurements were recorded before treatment,and after treatment. Before treat- ment, there was no significant difference between the two groups for general information, and the baseline of measurements. Result:Obvious improvement were found in the index score of the two groups after the treatment(p〈 0. 01) ;Compared curative effect between two groups, BWSTT group were superior to controlled group(p〈0.01). Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of body--weight supported treadmill training (BWSTT) with acupuncture therapy were superior to only acupuncture therapy in cerebral infarction.
