摘要 应用轴对称结构承受非轴对称载荷问题的富里叶分析方法,对一螺旋输送干燥机断轴事故作了有限元应力分析,并提供了对联轴节螺栓及其预紧力的一种近似模拟方法,从而大大减少了建模和计算工作量。论文最后针对计算中发现的干燥机轴断裂处应力集中的情况,提出了改型设计,显著地改善了其应力状态。 In this paper, as a good example of solving the problems for axisymmetric structures with non axisymmetric loads, the method of the finite element Fourier analysis was introduced and applied to the structure analysis of a conveyer dryer broken shaft. An effective way for modeling the coupling bolts and their pretension was worked out for the analysis. The analytical results appealed a serious local stress concentration at the site where the breaking took place. Finally, a reform design for the shaft is presented in the paper to considerably improve the stress state.
