目的：通过血小板MPV PDW分析血球分析仪对血小板计数结果的准确性.方法：血液分析仪测定血小板数量,当MPV PDW异常时做手工显微镜计数.结果：MPV PDW异常时（主要是增大时）仪器计数血小板与人工计数存在差异.结论：仪器计数血小板时,要结合MPV PDW 及血小板直方图判断其准确性,必要时做手工计数.
