宫颈环形电切术诊治子宫颈病变794例分析

目的：探讨宫颈环形电切术（LEEP刀）在子宫颈病变诊治中的临床应用价值.方法：将我院2006年04月-2010年08月794例经TCT,阴道镜,活检诊断为子宫颈病变的患者行宫颈环形电切术（LEEP刀）,标本标记后全部送病检.结果：其中1例CINⅢ病理示＂原位癌＂后行扩大范围子宫全切术,随访至今未有异常,余CINⅢ患者68%愈合,CINⅠ、CINⅡ患者100%愈合.术后2月随访慢性宫颈炎（宫颈糜烂99.2%完全愈合,宫颈肥大90.2%恢复正常大小）.

Results： 1 example CIN Ⅲ The pathology shows ＂the preinvasive carcinoma＂ next to expand the scope womb all to cut the technique,the revisit has not bad until now exceptionally,- odd CIN Ⅲ Patient 68% cicatrization, CIN I CIN II Patient 100% cicatrization. After the technique in February makes a follow--up visit the chronic cervicitis （cervical erosion 99.2% to heal completely,cervix of the uterus large 90.2% restores normal size）.
