摘要
研制了电火花精微加工专用机床,介绍了它的结构特点。采用线电极磨削法加工工具电极,并利用在线制造技术保证了精密、微小零件的加工精度。经加工实例表明,该机床易于操作,工作稳定可靠,且具有很高的几何精度和重复定位精度等。
The title instrument is developed, and its structure characteristic is introduced. Theelectrode is made with the method of WEDG, and on-line machine technique is used to assurethe accruacy of precision tiny part. The machining examples show that this machine tool is easyto operate, works reliably, and has very high geometry precision and repeatable position precesion.
