肾癌是泌外科的常见恶性肿瘤,常见的手术方式有肾癌根治术和肾部分切除术.部分肾癌患者由于肾功能不全、孤立肾、双肾癌等不能接受肾癌根治术,或小肾癌（〈4㎝）而选择肾部分切除术.2009年我科收住了1例双侧肾癌患者行了双侧肾部分切除术,现将护理体会报告如下.
