目的：探讨胸腰椎压缩性骨折的护理方法.方法：以我院2006年3月-2009年9月收治的63例胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者为研究对象,针对患者心理、生活、并发症等几方面进行探讨,总结他们的心理护理、饮食护理、功能锻炼和防止并发症护理方法.结果：全部病例恢复效果优56例,良7例,优良率100%.结论：合理而系统的护理对胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者非常重要,能有效减少并发症的发生,对胸腰椎压缩性骨折的康复具有明显的促进作用.
