目的：探讨针刺结合半导体激光照射治疗周围性面神经炎的疗效.方法：周围性面神经炎60例,分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组采用半导体激光照射和针灸治疗,对照组仅采用针灸治疗.结果：治疗组有效率优于对照组,两组比较差异有显著性意义（p〈0.05）. 结论：针刺配合半导体激光照射周围性面神经炎临床疗效优于单纯针刺治疗.

Methods ：Periphery the facial nerve inflammation 60 examples,divide into the treatment group and control group each 30 examples,the treatment group use the semiconductor laser illumination and the acupuncture and moxibustion treatment,the control group only use the acupuncture and moxibustion treatment.
