摘要
依据聚合物中热发光与热激电流同时测量的数字化测量方法,分析了被测信号的频谱与采样频率,设计了一种零位相滤波器。实测结果表明,使被测信号得以平滑并消除了位相失真。
A method for simultaneous TL/TSC measurement and data processingin polymer isgiven. The sampling frequency was determined by using the frequency spectrum of the signal. Akind of zero phase filter is developped to obtain a smooth TL/TSC curve. At last. TL andTSC curves of PET sample are given by simultaneous measurement.
