儿科护士工作压力的研究与探讨

目的：探讨儿科护士工作压力源,提出维护儿科护士身心健康的有效措施,为护理管理提供参考依据.方法：采用评定量表法对随机抽取的80名儿科护士进行工作压力源调查.结果：儿科护士工作总体压力水平为中度,主要压力源为护理工作的社会地位太低、工作量太大、经常倒班等.结论：儿科护士存在一定的心理健康问题,应从社会环境、医院管理层、个人三个层面采取应对措施减少儿科护士的工作压力.
