本例为骶管注射空气过量,硬膜囊明显受压,马尾神经急性损失所致,患者曾有三次骶管注射史,每次量约30ml,而此次约15ml空气致急性马尾神经损伤,考虑按抖复位后椎管不通畅所致,也提醒骶管注射时总量不能过大.
