面对当下高职学生就业难这一普遍存在的现实问题,高职院校就业指导工作的重点理应顺势转向加强高职学生的职业生涯规划。根据生本教育理念,摒弃当下生涯规划教育的缺失,建构适应高职院校的职业生涯规划教育体系,这或许应当是生本教育在高校职业生涯规划教育中彰显其本质提升学生生命特质的可行性路径选择。

Facing the problem of the difficulty of current higher vocational students＇ employment, the key work of the employment guidance should turn to strengthen career programming education of college students. According to students-based education, we should discard the lack of education career planning, and construct a proper system of career programming education in colleges.Perhaps this is the essence of the feasibility of improving students life characteristics in colleges through career programming education.
