红薯茎叶提取物抗氧化性的研究 被引量:4

Studies on Antioxidant Activity of Extracts from Stem and Leaf of Sweet Potato

摘要 采用大孔吸附树脂梯度(0-100%)洗脱红薯茎叶乙醇提取物。以二苯代苦味酰自由基(DPPH)体系、还原体系、Fenton体系、邻苯三酚自氧化体系和亚油酸过氧化体系做抗氧化试验。评价各洗脱物在不同抗氧化体系中的作用效果。结果表明:大孔树脂乙醇梯度洗脱物具有较强的清除DPPH自由基的能力。其中30%和40%乙醇洗脱物有较强的还原能力、清除羟基自由基能力和清除超氧阴离子能力;水和10%乙醇洗脱物对脂质过氧化有较好的抑制作用。 The paper studied the antioxidant activity of the extracts of sweet potato stem and leaf (SPSL) which extracted by ethanol and separated by absorbent resin with gradient elution of ethanol (0-100%). The systems of DPPH radical, reducing power, Fenton, lipid peroxidation of linoleic acid and pyrogallol autoxidation were chosen in antioxidant experiments to estimate the effects of elutes in different antioxidant systems. The results showed that all of the elutions of ten gradients of ethanol have a great effect on scavenging DPPH radical. 30% and 40% alcoholic eluents of SPSL have strong reducing power, abilities of scavenging hydroxyl radical and superoxide anion radical. Water and 10% alcoholic eluents of SPSL displayed the effective function on inhibition of lipid peroxidation of LA.
