摘要
用分布参数系统的模型描述了教育形成的人力资源关于年龄和学历水平的动态分布情况，进而探讨了以提高教育的社会效益为目的的教育投资优化问题及其求解方法，提供了从人力资源结构合理化角度进行教育投资规划的方法·
A human capital model of education was presented to depict the dynamic of people′s ages and their education levels. To improve the social effect of education the optimization problem of education investment was explored and the solving method was set. In the long run human capital structure can be rationalized by education investment plan.
