摘要
通过对山楂的物理结构分析及机械式山楂去核的受力分析,论述了外圆定位对山楂去核的影响。提出以山楂核的中心进行定位的方案,以解决山楂去核时因定位不准而造成的破碎率高、残核剩余率高的问题,并进行了定位机构的初步设计。
Physical structure of hawthorn and mechanics of mechanical removal hawthornpit were analysed.On the basis of hawthorn's physical structural characteristic,a plan was put forward to position using the center of hawthornpit to slove the problem that positioning incorrectly can bring about highbroken rate and highsurplus rate of pit in the case of proess of mechanical removal hawthornpit.At the same time a preliminary design of positioner was done.
