摘要
为研究适合于室内可见光无线通信的信道传输编码方式,结合信道和光电接收器的特点,基于OOK、M-PPM、DPPM、OPPM调制结构,提出差分可重叠脉冲位置调制方式(DOPPM),并比较各调制方式的照明光功率和传信率。结果表明:在保持较高照明光功率的前提下,DOPPM的传信率明显高于其他调制编码方式,该调制方式更适用于室内可见光无线通信系统。该研究可为通信系统进一步选择实用的调制方式提供理论支持。
Aimed at investigating modulation schemes suitable for indoor visible light wireless communication, this paper proposes a new modulation schemes-differential overlapping pulse-position modulation (DOPPM) , combined with the modulation structures of the typical modulation schemes OOK, M -PPM, DPPM and OPPM and based on the characteristic of the communication channel and the photo-electricity receiver and presents a comparison between the lighting power and the information trans- mitting rate. The results show that, with greater lighting power, DOPPM affords an obviously higher in- formation transmitting rate than other modulation schemes. DOPPM proves more suitable for indoor visi- ble light wireless communication. The study offers theoretical support for the choice of more practical modulation schemes.
