摘要
制备了γ-Fe2O3/聚丙烯酸盐复合微粒,将其分散于硅油中形成电流变体,考察了外加电场作用引起的微粒分散状态的改变.结果表明,零电场下微粒以弱凝聚状态分散于介质中;随外加电场强度的增加,具有较强电流变效应的体系分散微粒由链状到柱状排列,无电流变效应的分散液微粒排列方式变化很小,无链到柱状排列方式的变化.
The γ-Fe 2O 3/polyacrylate composite particles were synthesized and then dispersed in silicone oil to form ER fluids.The dispersed particle rearrangement under different electric field strength was studied.The results indicate that in the absence of the electric field,the particle is dispersed in the base liquid in a state of weak coagulation.With increasing the field strength,the particles which exhibit stong ER effects form the chain-like to column arrangement;whereas the above rearrangement does not happen with those without ER effects.This rearrangement results from the reaction between the polarized partiles.
