并行工程已成为国内外应用研究的热点问题．文中将并行工程应用于产品概念设计的分析阶段，建立了基于并行工程的概念设计分析模型．在此模型指导下，对分析的各环节，建立了基于并行工程的目标树方法、基于并行工程的功能结构图分析步骤和基于并行工程的性能分析方法．

Studying on the Concurrent Engineering (CE) is hot point in worldwide. Authors presented a analyzing model for concept design oriented concurrent engineering.With the help of this analyzing model,we also presented a clarifying objectives model oriented CE and implementing steps of establishing functions oriented CE and a setting performance specifications model oriented CE.
