Study on principle and technology of measuring pitch of large gears on-line

摘要 大齿轮齿距在机测量针对性较强,测量操作方便,测量齿轮的直径范围不受限制.运用异步驱动同步测量原理可实现齿距的连续测量操作,采用跨齿相对法及补齿测量法测量齿距累积误差有利于减少测量误差.同时采用补偿技术将在机测量不能测出的因安装偏心产生的齿距测量误差进行补偿,可实现大齿轮齿距的高精度测量. Measuring pitch errors of large gears on-line is much convenient and has no limits of dimensions. The principle of non-synchro-drive and synchro-measurement is utilized to carry on continuous measurement. The spacing-tooth-method of measuring pitch accumulated errors of large gears is used to decrease measuring errors. Meanwhile, the compensating technology is applied to compensate measuring errors resulted from geometric eccentric, which can not be measured on-line, and the high accurate measurement is carried out.
