摘要
为了降低涂料及铸件成本，用高铝粉和锆英粉作耐火材料，用水作载体，通过正交复合耐火材料烧结试验以及流变特性的分析，研制出适用于铸钢件的优质涂料，该涂料成本低，生产浇注实践表明，所生产的铸钢件具有表面光洁、不粘砂及易清理等优点．
To reduce cost of foundry coatings and steel castings, through orthogonal test of refractory materials sintering and rehological analysis the foundry coating for steel castings was developed using alumina powder and zircon powder as refractory materials of coating and water as carrier of coating It proved through pouring test the castings had excellent surface finish and no metal penetration.
