摘要
通过工业试验和数值分析,研究了两硬条件下综放面顶板预处理技术的必要性和可行性,确定20m步距双层扇形深孔的预爆破处理顶板方案的合理性,取得了顶煤放出率75%左右、工作面回采率83%,月产10万t以上的好成绩,获得了“两硬”
By the industrial experiment and numerical analysis,the author has studied the necessity and feasibility of the pre processing roof technique in the fully mechanized sublevel caving face under“two hard” condition,determined the reasonableness of the program of 20′ mspan pre explosion processing roof with two level,fan shaped,deep holes.It is achieved that the top coal drawing rate is up to 75% or more,the coal face recovery rate is up to 83%,and the output per month exceeded 100KT.The experiment is successful the fully mechanized sublevel caving face under “two hard” condition.
