该文从全球变暖的角度出发,分析了城市建设所产生的温室气体,指出我国建设两型社会的背景。通过人类对环境问题关注的历程的概述,引出低碳城市的理念。文章的后半部分分析了武汉建设低碳城市的必要性及建设低碳城市的有利因素,最后提出武汉建设低碳城市应采取的措施。

This article will analyze the release of greenhouse gases in the field of urban construction,from global warming perspective,then points out the background of constructing resource-saving and environment-friendly society in our country.In the first half of the article,narrative the course of human attention the environmental problem,and lead to low-carbon city.In the second half of the article,analyze the necessity and advantage of constructing low-carbon city in Wuhan.Finally,the article puts forward the measures of constructing low-carbon city in Wuhan.
