内配碳球团矿造球工艺参数的试验研究

Experimental Studies on the Pelletizing Technical Parameters of Carbon containing Pellets

根据正交试验原理，设计了三因素三水平试验条件，对内配碳球团矿造球工艺参数进行了试验研究。运用直观分析法和方差分析法对试验结果进行分析，得出了球团性能最优条件下各因素及各水平之间的最佳搭配关系，为确定造球工艺参数提供了依据。

This paper designs a great number of orthogonal experiments of three factors and three levels according to the orthogonal experiment theory in order to study the technical parameters of carbon containing pellets,with the help of direct and indirect analyses the results are discussed;the optimal factor and level matches are obtained under the condition of the most excellent pellet properties;and the results provide scientific basis for determing the pellet technical parameters.
