丹红注射液对危重烧伤脓毒症患者血液流变学的影响及其临床意义 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察丹红注射液对烧伤脓毒症患者血液流变学和血清D-二聚体(DD)含量的影响。方法将45例烧伤脓毒症患者随机分成三组,除实施相同的脓毒症综合治疗方案外,丹红治疗组给予丹红注射液静脉滴注;丹参治疗组给予复方丹参注射液静脉滴注。测定血液流变学及血清DD、PCT、TNF、BNP含量。结果治疗前后两组血流变学各指标和血清DD、TNFα、BNP、PCT含量均有明显下降;且以丹红组下降为著。结论丹红注射液能有效改善烧伤脓毒症患者的血液流变学,降低血清中DD含量,改善烧伤脓毒症患者的微循环状态,从而可防治烧伤进行性创面加深。 Objective To observe the effects of Danhong injection on hemorheology and serum D-dimer(DD) in patients with severely burn sepsis.Methods 45 patients with severely burn sepsis were randomly divided into three groups,including control group,Danhong group and Danshen group.Except general clinical therapy scheme treatment,Danhong group was treated with saline plus Danhong injection and Danshen group was given with saline plus salvia miltiorrhizain jection,while control group was given with the same dose of saline only.The changes of bloodrheology and serum levels of dimer(DD),procalcitonin(PCT),tunmor necrosis factor α(TNFα),Brain natriuretic petide(BNP) were tested before and after treatment.The hemorrheologic parameters including the whole blood low-shear viscosity,whole blood high-shear viscosity,blood plasma high shear viscosity,erythrocyte aggregation exponent,erythrocyte defomation exponent.Results Blood rheology and serum DD,PCT,TNFα,BNP content were also increased in there groups.Blood rheology had been improved,serum DD,PCT,TNFα,BNP content had been reduced after general clinical therapy scheme and was markedly decreased in the Danhong group.Conclusion Danhong injection can improve abnormal blood rheologic parametars,effectively correct when given early.Abnormal hemorrheologic parameters could be corrected when transfussion with Danhong injection after burn sepsis.
