摘要
目的探讨乳腺癌血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达与e-Flow成像的相关性。方法 e-Flow成像检测乳腺癌46例,对肿瘤内血流信号分级,术后标本免疫组化检测VEGF表达,分析两者的相关性。结果 VEGF阳性表达者30例,血流组Ⅱ~Ⅲ级VEGF表达水平高于0~Ⅰ级,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 e-Flow成像血流分级随VEGF表达增强而增高,VEGF与肿瘤血管生成密切相关。
Objective To explore the relationship between expression of VEGFr and e-Flow image formation in breast cancer.Methods The blood flow signals classification of tumor in 46 patients with breast cancer were detected by e-Flow image formation,and theexpression of VEGF was detected by immunohistochemistry after operation,and their relationships were analysed.Results The positive expression of VEGF was in 30 cases.The expression level of VEGF was higher in blood flow signals classification Ⅱ~Ⅲ than 0~Ⅰ.There was a statistical significance(P0.01)between them.Conclusion The blood flow signals classification by e-Flow image formation increases with the expression enhancement of VEGF.VEGF is a close relation with tumor angiogenesis.
