摘要
用石墨粉-环氧树脂混合物作为阳极、以钛基RuO2/TiO2涂层材料作为阴极,采用浸漆涂膜法固定葡萄糖氧化酶(COD),构造了一种全新的葡萄糖传感器.该传感器具有对葡萄糖的稳态响应时间短(只有20~40秒)、线性检测范围觉(1.0×10-5~3.0×10-3mol/L)、灵敏度高(1.0×10-4A/(mol·L-1))、及贮存稳定性好等优点.而且制备传感器的电极材料价格低、来源广,可以根据需要加工成任何大小和形状,有很好的应用前景.
The glucose sensor is constructed with the mixutre of graphite powder and epoxy resin as anode and titanium coated by RuO2/TiO2 as cathode. The glucose oxidase is immobilized by dipping the anode into the solutions for a period of time. The response time, the linear range and the sensihvity of this glucose sensor are 20~ 40s,1.0×10-5~ 3 .0 ×10-3mol/L and 1.0× 1.-4A/(mol' L-1 ), respectively. And within 15 days, the response currents have no obvious change. The electrochemical system features low cost and easy machine cutting.
