面间隙单元及其在轴对称接触问题中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 采用面间隙单元法分析弹性接触问题.说明了间隙单元的原理,推导了计入摩擦作用的4节点平面等参间隙单元的有限元列式.从弹性圆柱与刚性平面的接触问题为例,用增量法来解,计算结果与理论解一致为求解轴对称接触问题,文中又在结构子午面内构造了4节点轴对称间隙等参元,弹性圆球与刚性平面接触问题的间隙单元计算结果与理论解一致.面间隙单元中“材料”的模量参数将影响接触问题求解的有效性,应按具体结构经试算选取. Elastic contact problems are analyzed by plane gap elements. With the friction effect taken into consideration, a 4-nodes plane isoparametric gap element is formulated. As an examle an elastic cylinder in contact with a rigid plane is calculated with the incremental methed. The numerical results are in good agreement with the theoretical solution. For axi-symmetric problems, a 4-nodes isoarametric oo element is developed in the meridian plane. The numerical results of an elastic ball in contact with a rigid plane are consistent with the actual solution.The parameters of the 'material' of the gapP elements have effect on the efficiency of numerical solutions, and they should be selected properly according to the materials of the structures.
