An approach to determining net quantity-demand in the MRP logical operation is analyzed.The formulas of determining net quantity-demand in the literature are discussed.A simple reasonable formula is put forward and its correctness is proved.Using the principle of network flows,the proving process is very simple and helpful to understanding concerned concept.
