摘要
通过研究切削力，主电机功率在切削过程中的变化以及对已加工表面进行跟踪检测分析，设计了刀具在线磨损、破损预报系统，并对其可靠性进行了分析。
Establish on system on cutter in monitor and prediction, through which study the varity of cutting force ,electrical machinery's power in cutting process and analyse the result of processed surface.
