应用德尔菲法研制化疗患者舒适量表

Development of the Chemotherapy Patient Comfort Scale with Delphi Method

目的研制适用于评估中国化疗患者舒适状况的化疗患者舒适量表。方法采用德尔菲法,以Kolcaba的一般舒适量表为框架,在访谈20例化疗患者、对5名护理专家进行预调查的基础上形成专家咨询问卷。选取北京市15名专家进行两轮专家咨询,对量表的条目进行筛选,并对量表的信度和效度进行初步测试。结果专家的积极性较高,问卷的有效回收率为100.00%,专家权威系数均值为(0.91±0.07),两轮咨询后,专家意见的协调系数W为0.419(P<0.01)。形成了包括生理、心理精神、社会文化、环境4个维度,共40个条目的化疗患者舒适量表。量表总的C ronbach'sα为0.916,CVI为0.976。结论借鉴德尔菲法研制的化疗患者舒适量表,具有较高的可靠性,对于评价肿瘤专科护理服务质量和舒适护理干预效果具有现实意义。

Objective To develop the Chemotherapy Patient Comfort Scale （CPCS） suitable for measuring the comfort status of Chinese patients undergoing chemotherapy. Methods The research adopted Delphi method and designed an expert consultation questionnaire based on the comfort theory,literature review and interview with 20 patients and 5 experts. Fifteen experts from Beijing were chosen to do a two - round Delphi consultation. Then, the author modified the items and tested the reliability and validity of the CPCS. Results The expert＇s positivity was high and the response rates of the two - round consultation were 100.00 %. The average coefficient of the expert g authorities Cr was （ 0.91 ± 0.07 ）. After the two - round consultation, Kendall＇s W was 0.419 （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The a CPCS included four dimensions （physical ,psyehospiritual ,social, environmental ） and forty items was formulated. The overall Cronbach ＇s α was 0. 916, and CVI was 0. 976. Conclusion The reliability of CPCS developed with Delphi method is relatively high and the CPCS is significant for the evaluation of both the service quality of oneology nursing and the effects of comfort nursing interventions.
